funding indie film through micropatronage.

Well, what truly indie film isn't supported by micropatronage, right?

I've told you about my dear friend and filmmaker extraordinaire Erin Greenwell before, right?

Well Erin's in the final stages of raising cash for her next project, Mom The Movie so she's doing it by asking folks to paypal her a bit at a time and hopefully she'll reach her goal of $6K by the end of the month.

Did I mention that she shot her last feature for $3,000? You know what she's gonna do with double that?

Anyway, forgo the 'venti' latte for a 'tall' today and go donate a dollar (or more). It'll be worth it.

...

And now that you've donated your dollar (I'm gonna trust that you did), I'll forward you to this super secret page of short animated storyboards that Erin made for Mom The Movie (they're MPEG4s with a mp4 extension, so you may have to option click to view them correctly.) Erin sent these to me as a test but I think they're funny enough to send along. I hope she doesn't mind. ;)

When she gets closer to the distribution stage, I'll forward her on to Eli's "Models for Sustainable Cinema".
